& Refunds

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of MUSIC PROMO (music-promo.com). By using the Site or buying a download package you agree to them. Contact: info@music-promo.com.

2. The service

The Site offers browser-based audio tools: automatic mastering, BPM and key detection, stem splitting and audio to MIDI conversion. All processing runs on your device; your audio is not uploaded to our server.

Uploading, processing and previewing are free. Downloading a finished master from the mastering tool requires a paid access code. The BPM & key finder, stem splitter and audio to MIDI tools are free.

3. Download packages and access codes

• Packages include a fixed number of master downloads (currently 5, 20 or 100). The size and price of each package are shown before payment.
• After a completed PayPal payment you receive an access code. Each download of a mastered track uses one credit; previewing does not.
• Codes do not expire and can be used on any device. Keep your code private - anyone who has it can use its credits.
• Downloading the same master again in the same browser tab does not use another credit.
• Crypto payments. Where offered, a package can be paid in ETH, or in USDT or USDC on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). For ETH the dollar price is converted at the current market rate and locked for the time shown on the page. The exact amount shown must be sent to the address shown within that time; the network fee is paid by the sender. Payments sent on other networks or in other amounts are not detected automatically - contact us and we will help, but we cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong network.
• Each downloaded master carries a licence number in its file metadata and report, linked to your purchase.
• Lost your code? Email us with your PayPal transaction ID and we will restore it.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your audio. You confirm that you have the right to process the audio you use with the Site. We never receive your files, and we claim no rights to your masters, stems or MIDI files.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the access code system, overload or attack the Site, or resell access codes. We may block codes that are used in breach of these terms.

6. Refunds

• Unused codes. If none of the downloads in your package has been used, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@music-promo.com with your PayPal transaction ID.
• Crypto payments. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. Refunds for unused crypto packages are sent in the same token to the address the payment came from, minus the network fee.
• Technical problems. If the service did not work for you because of a problem on our side, write to us - we will fix it, restore your credits or refund the unused part of the package.
• Used credits. Downloads that have already been made are digital content delivered at your request, so used credits are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approval.

7. No warranty

Automatic mastering is an algorithmic process and may not suit every recording. The service is provided “as is”: try the free preview before you buy. For high-stakes releases we recommend a human mastering engineer.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and prices. Changes do not affect packages you have already bought. The current version is always available at music-promo.com/terms/.
